About Larry Joe & Linda
In 1957 Larry Joe discovered he had a talent for singing. Being brought up in a Christian home he knew his talent should be used in the Christian music field, but it took him many years to get his sights set in that direction. One of his recordings; “Swanee River Gal” received a 4 Star rating in Billboard Magazine and Larry Joe was invited to Dick Clark’s American Bandstand. In 1960 he was voted #1 in the local Dallas Charts and had the privilege of performing at the Memorial Auditorium with many great music heroes. His two country singles, “Till Love Grows On A Trees” and “Bring Your Love Back To Me”, received reviews in Record Word Magazine in 1970. Because of the prayers of Linda, in 1970 Larry Joe’s first gospel album, “Diamonds and Gold”, was recorded. From that time until now they have been in full time ministry reaching out to hurting people. Larry Joe brings the gospel message of hope, healing, and deliverance in a very powerful way. He will lift your spirit with laughter as he shares the good news that God sees people where they are, and through the power of His Word and prayer, they can change and remain changed. Life Unlimited Outreach Ministry was formed in the 1980’s as an outreach in Hollywood to those who worked in the Entertainment Business. Monthly meetings were held at the Sheraton Universal Hotel for several years. There were over 200 converts in which some left the business and enter into full time ministry. Larry Joe and Linda had the privilege of winning Vic Morrow to the Lord just weeks before he was killed on a movie location.
